School reports are issued twice yearly, after the examinations or assessment programs have been held. Reports are posted to parent/guardians to ensure they are received.
Verbal and written reports on academic progress and/or conduct may be obtained at other times during the year by contacting the individual student adviser concerned.
All textbooks and/or borrowed equipment must be returned before issue of the final report in December.
Meeting my child's teacher
Parent-teacher interviews are held in Term 1 and Term 2.
The sequence is generally:
- Term 1: Years 11 and 12.
- Term 2: Years 7/9 and 8/10.
An email is sent to parents/guardians 1 week prior to each interview session.
This may vary from year to year and depends on the length of school terms and when assessment weeks are scheduled.
Parents/guardians may contact teachers throughout the school year if there are concerns regarding student progress, etc.
