The Uniform Shop Has Moved!
The Uniform Shop is now located near the outdoor basketball courts, under the COLA.
You can reach the new shop from either pedestrian Gate 7 (Horace Street) or pedestrian Gate 2 (Yarrabung Road).
St Ives High School students are required to wear the correct school uniform to uphold our high standards and to promote our school to the community in a positive way.
Wearing the correct school uniform, including shoes, ensures that students meet Work Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements in practical classroomsand work areas.
The correct PE (sport) uniform must be worn when participating in PE/GYM classes and/or Gala days. This includes the school sports cap or bucket hat.

- It is the responsibility of each student to observe the uniform guideline.
- Students who do not produce satisfactory evidence in writing (ie. note from home) regarding deficiencies in uniform, will be placed on uniform detention duties.
- Shoes - Should be black, leather and laceup in the traditional school style.
- Heels should be no more than 4cm high. Runners, buckled, slip-on or open "ballet" style shoes are not permitted for WH&S reasons.
- Thongs are not permitted at school at any time.
- On Mufti Days students must comply with WH&S regulations and wera covered shoes.
- Socks - All students to wear plain white socks without logos either covering the ankle or mid calf length.
- black socks may be worn only under trousers/pants.

Uniform Shop
The parents and citizens association (P&C), with the help of volunteers, run a uniform shop for the sale of new and pre-loved school uniforms.

Volunteer at Uniform Shop
Helping the uniform shop is a great way for families to be involved in their child's secondary schooling to raise vital funds for school improvements and to meet other families. If you can spare any time to volunteer on a regular or casual basis, your efforts will be greatly appreciated.
